These luxury villas are located in Pattaya, Thailand's second city. Only 10 minutes to the city centre, convenient access onto the Bangkok/Rayong motorway is only 3 minutes drive and the transfer time from Suvarnabhumi airport is around an hour.

You won't want to leave

Just north of Pattaya city, allowing fast access to Bangkok, Rayong, Suvarnabhumi international airport and most importantly for rental options, Lam Cha-Bang, Sriracha and Chonburi are only a 10, 15 and 30 minute drive respectively, a great location for mid to long term lets, as most foreigners working in Thailand are based in this area.

One of the best British syllabus international schools is right on the door step, just 4 minutes by car (free minibus available), with a further two international schools just a short drive away. There are several local daily markets, 7/11's, local restaurants and a number of local shops in the immediate area. The nearest beach is also only 3km away.
